Join Governor Kaine and the Friends of the Rappahannock as they celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Fredericksburg river easement.
Food and refreshments will be served after the ceremony.
Directions
FoR asks that visitors park in the neighborhood across Fall Hill avenue (Normandy Village), and walk in along the dirt road parallel to the canal. A shuttle bus will run along that road to the event.
