• Democratic Call to Caucus

  The Fredericksburg Democratic Committee hereby issues the Call to Caucus to convene an assembled caucus at 12:00 noon, Saturday, April 8, 2006 at the District Court, Fredericksburg, Virginia for the sole purpose of electing 6 delegates and 3 alternates to the 1st Congressional District Convention. The following provisions shall govern the convention:

• First Congressional District Call to Convention

  Adopted by the CD1 Democratic Committee, Saturday, March 18th 2006.

• Democratic Call to Caucus

  Formal text of the call to caucus.

• Draft Caucus Rules

  Rules to be adopted by the Caucus, with amendments subject to the CD1 Call to Convention and the State Party Plan.

• Caucus Participant Declaration

  Declaration required of all caucus participants.

• Delegate / Alternate Prefiling Form

  Form to be completed by persons wishing to file for candidacy as a delegate or alternate to the nominating convention for the First Congressional District.
