• Caucus Finalization
  • Need credentials committee (greeting folks, supplying them with declaration forms, checking their registration, giving them a credential).
• CD1 Nominating Convention
  • Convention at Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Williamsburg, 13 May, 1:00 - 5:00 PM
  • SPVA offering training that morning: anyone interested?
  • Unity dinner afterwards.
  • Carpooling?
• Regional Breakfast:
  • Changed time, 9:00
  • Jim Webb has had to wave off of May
• PREVAIL access:
  • SPVA will wave $200 fee because we added new Dem voter IDs last year.
  • Need to sign contract, order form to get updated account ID / password.
• City Council Candidates
  • All eight initally confirmed.
  • George Solley may have to miss due to family medical issue.
• UMW YDs
  • New contect via Lela Graham, awaiting response.

• Next meeting is the same Saturday as the convention. Should we cancel?
• DNC-sponsored neighbor-to-neigbor canvass Saturday, 29 April. Any interest?
• Spring fundraising effort (using t-shirts / golf shirts as promos).

• CD1 Committee meeting, Saturday, 29 April, at Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza in Williamsburg, to walk through convention facility, work out issues.
