A Democrat since 1980, I m committed to helping build an effective precinct organiztion here in Fredericksburg. In particular, I plan to work during the general election in 2004 to:

  • Identify and register Democratic voters within my precinct.
  • Identify and register independents within my precinct who are likely to be voting against the current administration.
  • Ensure that those voters I have identified are able to get to the polls on election day, or to vote absentee.
